Maangere Community Law Centre

Positioned in the heart of Maangere, this centre embodies a spirit of inclusivity and empowerment, ensuring that individuals and whaanau with fewer resources can access professional legal guidance. By offering free educational workshops, ongoing support, and legal aid, the centre enables vulnerable people to comprehend their rights and navigate legal complexities with greater confidence.

Informed by Te Ao Maaori and Moananui frameworks, the design acknowledges Mana Whenua, Maunga, and Awa, reflecting the diverse cultural landscapes that shape Māngere. The retrofitted interior provides hospitable spaces, meeting rooms, and staff offices, each carefully arranged to inspire trust, support, and shared well-being.
